Requirements
- University degree in Tourism or Gastronomy
- Culinary training and trend awareness are a plus
- Fluency in the local language and advanced English
- Expertise in food handling, hygiene, and safety
- Financial and operational management tools
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and innovation
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Experience in implementing brand strategies and pilots
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role in 4★ or 5★ hotels
