Requirements
- Educate and promote Melia Hotels Internationals products to travel partners and key decision-makers to increase sales and brand recognition
- Penetrate and establish new MICE business opportunities from the USA market
- Develop and maintain business relationships in the respective markets driving fruitful business relations
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, accounts portfolio forecasts
- Act as an intermediary in the negotiations, follow-ups contract and closure of sales between hotels and assigned and prospect accounts
- Generate business for MICE hotels worldwide
- Support the Noram & Mexico Director of Sales in the effective management of the department
