Requirements

• Design and develop training materials for new programs and maintain existing materials
• Lead new hire training sessions
• Deliver required compliance training
• Measure trainee progress
• Collaborate with Program Leadership
• Update the SharePoint site
• Maintain and promote a positive learning environment
• Adhere to all training deadlines and corporate policies
• Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned
