The role focuses on providing outstanding support to customers regarding shipping, delivery, and logistics, ensuring a positive and valued customer experience. This is a remote position in Greece.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, especially in logistics or shipping (plus)
