We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Admissions Hosts to join our team at Alton Towers Resort! In this unique role, you’ll work across our entrance areas and Resort Box Office, engaging with every guest who visits our theme park.
Requirements
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth entry into the park.
- Sales Focus: Promote and sell additional products to enhance the guest experience, including Fast Track tickets and special events.
- Efficient Operations: Assist with parking cars, processing ticket sales, and managing turnstile entry to facilitate a swift guest arrival.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to meet sales targets and ensure a seamless guest journey from start to finish.
- Guest Awareness: Provide information about the park’s offerings and ensure guests are aware of all available options to enhance their visit.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly, proactive approach, ensuring their experience is memorable.
