We are seeking a Coordinator Facility Management to ensure the smooth operation and high quality of life in the new ZOHO district in Cologne. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or infrastructural building management and a strong understanding of technical installations, maintenance obligations, and operator responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in facility management, building technology, real estate management or comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in technical or infrastructural building management
- Experience in managing larger residential properties (over 100 units) is desirable
- Thorough knowledge of technical and infrastructural building management
- Understanding of technical installations, maintenance obligations and operator responsibility
- Experience in tendering, awarding and controlling service providers
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection and building technology
- Ability to create and evaluate reports, maintenance plans and budgets
- Experience with Computer-Aided Facility Management
- Basic knowledge of ERP/property management software is desirable
- Organizational and coordination talent
