Job Description
The RN/LVN role at MMH focuses on patient safety and adheres to all legal, regulatory, and clinical guidelines. The RN/LVN will conduct comprehensive assessments, synthesize data to identify problems, formulate care plans, and provide quality patient care. Learning and development are emphasized through self-reflection and lifelong learning.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing or Diploma in nursing (BA) is required.
- Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse or LVN.
- Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse or LVN.
- Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse or LVN.
- Certification in area of specialty (e.g., CV, CIS etc.) preferred.
- ACLS certification required within 12 months of employment.
- Minimal of one on-call weekend or alternative schedule.
- Minimal of one major and one minor holiday per year.
