Job Description
MillerKnoll is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the administration and compliance of Workday security, audit readiness, and HR data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, working knowledge of Workday security and reporting, and a commitment to data governance and compliance.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain Workday security roles, user access, and permission structures
- Support SOX and internal audit processes
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and access controls
- Respond to ad hoc and recurring HR data requests
- Collaborate with cross-functionally to support system updates and testing
- Maintain documentation related to security configurations and audit controls
