Job Description
Milton CAT is seeking entrepreneurial and independent sales leaders to grow their sales team. This is a field position focusing on compact equipment sales, with a focus on Northeast-regional activities, requiring daily travel and building relationships with clients and prospects. Requirements
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
- Competitive nature
- Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Mini Ex, Loaders, etc.)
- Solid leadership qualities
- Experience with general contractor’s, excavators and landscapers a plus
- 2 to 10+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of compact equipment a strong plus
- Strong QUESTIONING techniques that drive “business conversations” (Discovery/PAIN)
