Freelance AI Red Team Engineer

Mindrift is seeking a freelance AI Red Team Engineer to contribute to projects focused on ethical shaping of the future of AI. The role involves evaluating and red teaming AI models, creating automated scripts, and conducting security research in a remote, part-time setting. Experience with Python, containerization, and penetration testing is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related field
• Advanced English skills (C1 or above)
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experienced with Docker
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities in AI models (LLMs, prompt injections)
• Knowledge of AI red-teaming frameworks (Garak, PyRIT)
• Experience in AI/ML security and penetration testing
• Skilled in reverse engineering and exploit development
