Principal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Principal Advisor to join our team and support us through an exciting period of integration and development. The role involves uplifting the maturity of our Risk and Assurance functions within the new Corporate and Digital Shared Services group.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management and assurance
• A proven track record in managing complex risk and assurance activities
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to adapt to change, manage uncertainty, and make sound decisions with incomplete information
• Confidence in advising and supporting the business to manage risks effectively and identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines
• Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
