We're seeking a dedicated Business Events Account Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract as maternity cover for up to 11 months. As a Business Events Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our destination client and relevant Business Events industry contacts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years) within a B2B industry or travel sector
- Understanding of the UK and European Business Events industry
- Experience in managing budgets and organising events
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for exploring new approaches and solutions is essential
- Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst managing and prioritising workloads
- Ability to work and thrive managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literate, ideally with Salesforce or other CRM experience
