We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and process new business opportunities in the German market, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage the sales cycle. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, strong commercial understanding, and fluency in German and English.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience or strong affinity with the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
- Strong commercial understanding, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial working method
- Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
- High level of self-responsibility combined with team capability
- Willingness to actively prospect, including cold prospecting and negotiation conversations
