Requirements
- Strong employee relations expertise and a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust, manage sensitive conversations and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to travel to Culligan business locations
