Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Monster Energy, you'll be at the forefront of the action, executing the full life-cycle recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt positions across our Business Units. You'll team up with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate and gear up for future needs, ensuring we're always ahead of the game with top-notch talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively relate to others
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Sign
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
