Employee Technology Support Analyst

Employee Technology Support Analyst to work within the Global IT Employee Experience team. Responsible for desktop, laptop support to more than 4 K plus employees in our India office and globally.

• Trustworthy and able to work independently, managing their time and priorities
• Strong team player and contributor, who is able to work closely with other support team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent proven troubleshooting skills
• Proactive “can-do” attitude and be able to manage multiple demands and tight deadlines
