Global Career Development & Growth Solutions Lead

We are seeking a Global Career Development & Growth Solutions Lead to build and scale Morningstar’s global Career Development Center of Excellence (CoE). The role will design and deliver innovative career development solutions for a global audience, oversee an internal coaching program, and lead the creation of a global internship program.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in career development, early careers, or L&D.
• Strong program or project management, operations and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for developing talent and fostering L&D or Career Programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively or on an independent basis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on a strategic level.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
