Partnerships Director

Motional is seeking a Partnerships Director to identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships for growth. This role involves developing collaboration strategies, negotiating agreements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful integration of new AV products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in alliance management and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in mobility or AI/ML related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of partnership models, technology integrations, and strategic alliances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives.
• Executive level presentation skills
• Korean language fluency preferred; proficiency required.
