The AI Learning Experience Designer combines instructional design knowledge with AI capabilities in learning design, development, and delivery. The role involves creating engaging technical product training and integrating AI tools into content creation, curation, and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Design interactive, visually engaging online training modules
- Develop multimedia learning assets
- Apply instructional design methodologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts
- Integrate generative AI tools
- Structure content for reuse and retrieval
- Curate, tag, and organize learning content
- Provide oversight and refinement of AI-generated content
- Contribute to internal best practices for designing AI-ready learning materials
