Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to design interactive, visually compelling online training that explains technical concepts, product features, and role-based workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning roles and proficiency in developing eLearning with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency developing eLearning with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, performance-based design, and modular content architecture.
• Ability to translate technical subject matter into intuitive, engaging learning experiences.
• Demonstrated interest in generative AI and experience using AI tools in content development, scripting, or media workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience designing training for technical or product-focused audiences (preferred).
• Knowledge of product-based training, scenario-based learning, or performance support frameworks (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
