Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative instructional designer and developer to design, develop, and maintain product and sales training and documentation for Motorola Solutions' technologies and products.
Requirements
- Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field
- A minimum 1+ year of related experience
- Fluent in English
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good content organization and structuring skills
- Some knowledge of ILT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods
- Some knowledge of publishing tools and graphic editors such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong background in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience or interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) in training content development or delivery
- Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience
