Job Description
The Mzoughi lab at Mount Sinai Health System focuses on understanding epigenetic mechanisms driving cancer phenotypic heterogeneity. They are seeking a Post-Doctoral Researcher/Scientist to analyze large-scale omics datasets, contributing to research on tumor plasticity and developing computational tools. Experience in lineage tracing and single-cell data analysis is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Analyze bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and CUT&Tag datasets.
- Develop and optimize pipelines for integrating and interpreting multiomics data.
- Collaborate with wet-lab and dry-lab team members to generate hypotheses and refine experimental designs.
- Analyze lineage tracing datasets to uncover dynamic cellular transitions and clonal evolution.
