Job Description
The Tisch Cancer Institute is seeking a Bioinformatician II to lead transcriptomics and epigenetics data analysis for Cancer biology projects. The BiNGS program focuses on improving access to NGS data analysis for the ISMMS community, providing tools, training, and services. The role involves analyzing NGS data across multiple applications and working closely with investigators to enhance project processing.
Requirements
- Execute computational analysis for bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq and Spatial transcriptomics
- Track and report ongoing projects
- Integrate data across datatypes
- Provide analyses and visualizations
- Participate in software tool implementation
- Manage data and tools on HPC and clouds
- Provide training to TCI investigators
- Collaborate on project implementation
