As a Service Center Manager, you will lead and manage the operations of a facility, overseeing the inbound and/or outbound delivery of freight, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing a team of exceptional talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of relevant industry experience, with five (5) years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated accountability
- Thorough knowledge of ltl operations, policies, and applicable safety regulations
