Job Description
Multiplica Talent is seeking a UX Designer to join their team in the banking sector in Lima, Callao Region, Peru. The role involves translating user needs into digital products, utilizing data analysis, and designing user interaction scenarios. It is a full-time, hybrid position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Experience in analyzing and designing user interaction scenarios
- Experience in detailed UX user experience definitions
- Experience in digital product design using prototyping and interface design tools
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge and practice regarding Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, pattern definition and component definition for digital products
- Familiarity with local and international projects
