Requirements

4+ years of experience in user interface design
Experience with design production understanding, UX research domain
Experience working in e-commerce, digital sales, banking-oriented teams
Experience in opportunity searching, product and service exploration
Experience with UI Kit, Design system, and usability testing
High negotiation capacity to support and iterate proposals for stakeholders
Demonstrable user interface design skills with a solid portfolio
Mastery in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maze, OmniGraffle, or other visual design tools
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present designs and sell solutions to multiple stakeholders
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest user interface trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
