Job Description
This Advanced Practice Clinician position provides quality health services for people who experience barriers to accessing care. The role involves performing comprehensive health assessments, prescribing medications, and providing consultation and education to internal and external partners and providers. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing, a valid Nurse Practitioner certificate, and experience working with diverse populations.
Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner certificate
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon
- CPR/BLS certification
- DEA certification
