Job Description
We seek a visionary and dynamic provider who is creative in problem solving and contributes new ideas and solutions to the organization to join our team in Integrated Clinical Services. The Per Diem Advanced Practice Clinician will diagnose, manage and treat acute and chronic medication conditions, and provide follow-ups on utilization issues.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing (NP or PA)
- Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in healthcare
- License required to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- CPR certification required
