Immediate Access Provider - APC / MD

The Immediate Access Provider will provide same day access to new and established patients of Integrated Clinical Services. This position will reduce referrals to external Urgent Cares and Emergency Departments.

Requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent in nursing from an accredited college or university
• Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner license OR Possession of a valid Medical Doctor license
• CPR/BLS certification
• DEA certification
