Requirements

• Maintains and makes general repairs to plumbing fixtures, HVAC, woodwork, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, ice machines, furniture, etc.
• Upkeeps appliances, elevators, ventilation systems, and building structures.
• Performs plumbing repairs (leaking pipes, faucets, clogged drains).
• Performs carpentry and electrical work.
