Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to provide personalized eyecare to patients. The role involves assisting patients with eyewear selections, explaining benefits, and contributing to sales goals. Training and tools are provided for learning about the industry and providing best-in-class service.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to learn about industry, product, and services
- Team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience
