Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor to provide personalized eyecare, assisting patients with eyewear selection, and building a strong customer relationship. No prior optical experience is required; training is provided. The role involves retail sales, insurance benefits education, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred)
- Proactive approach to problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit
