Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor

We are seeking an Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, advise patients on eyewear selection, and deliver sales plans and office goals. No optical experience is required, as we provide training and tools to learn about the industry. This role reports to the Office General Manager and requires some weekend and evening shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred)
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals with a 'can do' attitude
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
