The role involves leading a team of analysts, collaborating with product and head of data, and shaping HowWatch's communication of market dynamics through data. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling with data, turning deep analysis into clear and visually engaging dashboards, reports, and graphics.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience leading a team of data analysts.
• 8+ years of proven experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally in a digital product or market-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Advanced SQL skills, including hands-on experience with MSSQL.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to design clean, user-friendly visual reports.
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights from data.
• Strong leadership skills.
