Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience leading a data analysis team.
• 8+ years of data analysis and visualization experience, ideally in a digital product or market-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Advanced SQL skills, including MSSQL experience.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and design skills for data visualizations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining complex data.
• A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
