Job Description
EveryWatch is seeking a Team Lead for their Data Analysis & Data Visualization team. The team will lead analysts, work closely with product managers, and shape HowWatch's communication of market data through dashboards, reports, and visuals. This is a highly visible role impacting the company's platform development and user engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience leading a team of data analysts.
- 8+ years of proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a digital product or market-focused environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Advanced SQL skills, including hands-on experience with MSSQL.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to design clean, user-friendly visual reports.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights from data.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
