Job Description
EveryWatch is seeking a Team Lead Data Analyst & Data Visualization to guide their analytics function. The role involves leading a team of analysts, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and transforming complex data into accessible insights. This role focuses on creating clear and engaging dashboards, reports, and graphics to drive decision-making across the business.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience leading a team of data analysts.
- 8+ years of proven experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally in a digital product or market-focused environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Advanced SQL skills, including hands-on experience with MSSQL.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to design user-friendly visual reports.
- Excellent communication skills – clear and concise.
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
