Job Description
Navitas is seeking an IT Asset and Configuration Management (ITACM) Manager to oversee all aspects of IT Asset and Configuration Management (ITACM) processes. This role involves tracking, maintaining, and governing IT assets and Configuration Items, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry best practices. The ITACM Manager will lead inventory management, enforce configuration standards, and collaborate with teams to optimize service delivery and performance.
Requirements
- Manage IT Asset and Configuration Management processes (SACM) in alignment with ITIL practices.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets and CIs, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and compliance.
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines to support service management and change control processes.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure integrity, accuracy, and accountability of configuration data.
