Job Description
Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and systems. This role focuses on implementing Maintenance Foundations, TPM, and engineering solutions for enhanced equipment run time and cost optimization. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team and contribute to company success through strategic planning and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5+ years Maintenance experience
- Minimum of 3+ years management/leadership experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment
- Understanding of maintenance strategies and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
