Job Description
The Director of Human Resources (HR) at New Canaan Country School (NCCS) will support the HR administrative functions, including benefits administration, employee record maintenance, payroll, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach. The HR Director will partner with faculty, staff, the CFOO and leadership team to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP) or Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership.
- Knowledge of human resource management and related laws and policies.
