The Director of Human Resources (HR) at New Canaan Country School (NCCS) will support the HR administrative functions, including benefits administration, employee record maintenance, payroll, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach. The HR Director will partner with faculty, staff, the CFOO and leadership team to improve systems and processes.
