Job Description
The Associate, Alumni & Broadcast Operations is responsible for administrative, event, and broadcast support for supervisors, as well as project work in a variety of entertainment, broadcasting, alumni relations, and special event capacities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in marketing, broadcasting, Alumni relations, PR, sports, or events and entertainment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Extremely organized and strong notetaker
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Able to prioritize, plan, make decisions, and over-communicate in a lean organization
- Quick and innovative thinker with anticipatory sense and excellent judgment; ability to navigate nuance and sensitivities
