Job Description
The New York Mets are seeking a Player Personnel Associate to support the organization’s player evaluation and acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (will consider Spring 2026 graduation if able to start remotely)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for baseball and a knowledge of the industry landscape
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and/or other programs used for data analysis and visualization (advanced proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
