Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field
- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and Spanish employment law
- Proven background in HR leadership within an industrial or multinational environment
- Solid business understanding with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and negotiation skills
