HR Country Manager Spain

Nexans is seeking an HR Country Manager to work closely with the Country Manager and local leadership teams in Spain. The role will involve defining a solid people strategy aligned with Spanish legislation and social and labour market requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• High level of fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Solid experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, and Spanish labour law
• Proven experience in HR leadership in industrial or multinational environments
• Good understanding of the business and ability to influence senior stakeholders
