HR Country Manager Spain

Nexans is recruiting an HR Country Manager to work in partnership with the Country Manager and local leadership teams to shape a strong, compliant, and engaging people strategy adapted to the Spanish social and labor environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field
• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and Spanish employment law
• Proven background in HR leadership within an industrial or multinational environment
• Solid business understanding with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and negotiation skills
