Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, psychology, law, preferably with extra degree in HRM or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of German labour law and social legislation
- Knowledge software package: MS-Office, Infoniqa or other payrolling system, GFOS or other time accounting
- Fluent written and spoken skills in German and English
- At least 7 years of experience in HR (industrial company)
- Business oriented
