The HR Site Generalist is responsible for deploying and coordinating the Site HR roadmap, advising and supporting managers on people-related matters, and supporting the Site Manager in bringing their expertise.
Requirements
- Contributes to business strategy of the site
- Develops, coordinates, implements and ensures annual Site HR roadmap
- Coordinates people matters during business transformation
- Launch the required Staffing
- Supports and drives processes regarding leadership/career management/knowledge management and learning and development
- Ensures the compliance the social and legal rules
