The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions, including end-to-end recruitment, Employee Relations, Site HR Communication and HR Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and in a fast-moving environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
