Job Description
This Regional Customer Relations and Support Manager role will focus on providing excellent service to customers in the region, leading daily customer support interactions, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves assisting with migration projects, monitoring systems, and collaborating with various teams to meet KPIs and SLAs. Candidates should be resourceful, organized, and professional.
Requirements
- 5+ years GSM industry experience and knowledge of roaming requirements.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Finance background with knowledge of sales, purchase ledger function and finance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- English and Spanish language proficiency (bonus).
- Team player with strong organizational/project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
