Job Description
This Regional Customer Relations and Support Manager role is focused on providing excellent customer service to customers in the region, leading customer support, and building strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. Responsibilities include onboarding customers to IOTRON services, resolving queries efficiently, and contributing to product development. The role requires strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GSM industry experience
- Knowledge of roaming requirements (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Team player with strong organisational skills
